Set up your AI chatbot in 5 minutes
1. Create Your Account
Sign up for a free account on the Chat Saku website. You can register with your email address or Google account in seconds.

2. Upload Your Knowledge Base
Go to the Knowledge Base page in your dashboard and upload FAQ files (JSON/PDF/Text) or enter URLs to automatically scrape web page content. The AI will learn from this data to answer questions.

Start with 10-20 FAQ items for best results.
3. Customize Your Widget
On the Widget Settings page, configure your chatbot's color, welcome message, and suggested questions. Match it to your brand for a seamless experience.

4. Install on Your Website
Copy the script tag from the Widget Settings page and paste it into your website's HTML. If you use WordPress, there's a dedicated plugin available.

5. Monitor & Improve
Check conversation stats, resolution rates, and user question trends on your dashboard. Keep updating your knowledge base to improve answer accuracy.
