Question 4

How accurate are the AI responses?

Accepted Answer

All plans use Google's latest generation Gemini AI combined with RAG technology, achieving an average 78% auto-resolution rate. Higher quality knowledge bases lead to even better accuracy. When the AI isn't confident, it says "Let me check with our team" so a human can follow up.

Chat Saku is ideal for any industry that requires customer interaction, including tourism & travel, real estate, hotels & accommodations, food & beverage, professional services (law firms, tax accountants, etc.), and e-commerce. It's especially popular with businesses looking to serve inbound tourists, as Pro plans and above support 100+ languages.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel at any time. For monthly plans, cancel before month-end and you won't be charged the following month. For annual plans cancelled mid-term, refunds for unused periods are not provided as a general rule (per Terms of Service §6). There is no lock-in (no minimum term).

Question 9

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch back to monthly at any time, even during an annual subscription.

Question 11
