Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of Chat Saku (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, registered users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Account Registration)

Certain features of the Service require account registration. Applicants shall apply for registration through the method prescribed by the Company, upon agreeing to these Terms.

The Company may revoke registration if any registration information is found to be false. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts, and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Activities that interfere with or damage the Company's servers or networks
  • Activities that disrupt the operation of the Service
  • Impersonation of other users
  • Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of content
  • Unauthorized use of API keys or sharing them with third parties
  • Generation of illegal or harmful content through the AI chatbot
  • Reverse engineering or exploiting system vulnerabilities

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides users with an AI chatbot platform. Features and usage limits vary by plan.

The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice in the event of maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

  • The free plan (Starter) is available at no charge
  • Paid plans are automatically renewed on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express)
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately
  • No charges are incurred if you cancel during the free trial period

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Paid plans may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period. Automatic renewal will be stopped thereafter.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available. However, the Company will handle cases individually where the provision of the Service becomes significantly difficult due to reasons attributable to the Company.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. Rights to knowledge data uploaded by users belong to the users; however, the Company may use such data to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not warrant that the Service is free from factual or legal defects. AI-generated responses are for reference purposes only, and their accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any disputes, the Nagoya District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
